On Tuesday night, the netizens woke up to a long apology letter from singer Arijit Singh on his Facebook page. And the apology was directed to none other than Salman Khan. The 29-year-old singer, who has given hits like Tum Hi Ho and Gerua, took to social media platform to publicly apologise to the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor.
Arijit took to Facebook to pen an open letter to Salman, calling it his last resort, as Bhai ignored his texts or calls. In the letter, he has apologised for unintentionally rubbing Salman the wrong way at a concert.
But soon enough, Singh deleted his post from Facebook. However, the reason behind the post was never revealed.
But it seems the cat is out of the bag. If reports are to be believed, the singer was referring to an awards show which took place in 2014 where Arijit won the best singer award.
Recently, a video has surfaced on Twitter which shows Arijit accepting an award from Salman Khan and Riteish Deshmukh and saying, “Aap Logo Ne Toh Sula Diya”. To which Salman replies, “Aur isme humara koi dosh nahi hai, agar aise gaane bajte rahenge..” and hums the tune of Singh’s popular song Tum Hi Ho from Aashiqui 2.
